Abstract:

This article examines in detail the aspirations of the Kazakh intelligentsia to create a Party, the actions of the Kazakh society to develop political and legal thought and the opposition of the tsarist Russian Empire to the erasure of the concept of statehood in the consciousness of the Kazakh society, as well as the main political and legal considerations of the Alash party.
