Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to propose anti-raider measures to protect business. The goal was achieved by analyzing existing methods. The originality of the work is that we offer an integrated approach that provides for positive protection, the issuance of laws and natural protection based on self-defense. The value of the results of the study is that they will strengthen the existing mechanism of anti-raider business protection. As effective measures, we proposed changing the sanction of the article on raiding, transferring investigation powers to the central offices, and developing a legal and entrepreneurial culture.
