Abstract: In article the main questions within activity of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan reveal. The perspective of implementation of the constitutional control of elections and a referendum, its features and specifics is in detail analyzed. The author comes to a conclusion that the problem of interpretation of the Constitution becomes one of the most actual in a constitutional right.
