Abstract:

The article deals with the problems of student-centered education. Implementation of educational programs based on competence-oriented, student-centered orientation, introducing a system of credit units, applying educational results and competencies as one of the main structuring principles of modular organization of the educational process requires a new approach to educational technologies. In connection with the wide profile of lawyers´ training, it is necessary to establish professional standards, which are the characteristics of the qualifications required for an employee to perform a certain type of professional activity.
