Abstract:

This article analyzes the characteristics of the obligation. Compensation of losses as a type of liability for non-performance and improper performance of obligations is provided by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a universal method of protection of violated rights of persons, allowing to compensate all property costs caused by the violation of these rights.
