Резюме:

In this article, the author aims to analyze the purpose of postgraduate education, which consists in training specialists able to efficiently and effectively use its scientific and pedagogical potential in the practical activities, the development on the basis of the results of the previous stages of preparation of professional competence, which is manifested in solving professional tasks in the context of modernization of education. Modernization of Kazakhstan´s education and science system provides an opportunity for everyone not only to gain new professional skills in College and University, but also to develop research and creative competencies in obtaining postgraduate education.
