Резюме:

This article discloses the issue of the right to health protection, which includes a number of rights and guarantees and their implementation, therefore, it is variously formulated in the constitutions of different countries of the world, and in many, especially those adopted before the Second World War, it is absent. When studying the consolidation of the right to health protection by foreign constitutions, it is necessary to take into account the historical traditions conditioned by the peculiarities of the philosophical and world-view bases of constitutionalism.
