This article explores the causes of conflicts between teachers and parents in contemporary educational institutions and analyzes effective approaches to their prevention and resolution. Drawing on current pedagogical research, it identifies key communication strategies, mediation techniques, and administrative mechanisms that help reduce tension and strengthen trust-based cooperation. Particular attention is devoted to the role of the educational organization in creating a safe communicative environment and fostering a culture of partnership. The study also integrates hypothetical survey data illustrating trends in teacher–parent interactions and highlighting areas requiring institutional support.
